If we enter into a project agreement with you, that signed agreement will take precedence over these terms for the work it covers.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, submit false information, send spam through the contact form, run automated scrapers, or copy our content for commercial use.
Intellectual property
The QuoSync and QuoPick brand names, our icon, our copy, and our code are our intellectual property. You may view and reference the website for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our written permission.
The Latin phrase machina intellectus is used descriptively and is not claimed by us. References to historical figures (Leonardo da Vinci, Francis Bacon) are made in good faith for inspirational purposes.
Liability
This website is provided "as is". QuoSync's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to one hundred euro (€100). Project-specific liability terms are governed by the relevant project agreement.
